1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after delivery of the product, returning it in the same condition in which it was received. This exception does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

The product must be unused, undamaged, with original labels and markings.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days after acceptance of the withdrawal.

2. PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Changes must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

Requirements:
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- Products on promotion or discount cannot be exchanged, except for quality defects.
- Personal care products are non-refundable.
- The exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value.
- Products purchased in physical stores cannot be exchanged at www.mauriciotorobrand.com.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our unlimited warranty covers defects in workmanship, fabric, and hardware. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party intervention.

Process:
- Send the warranty request through our contact channels.
- Include name, document, order number and photographic evidence.
- Our team will assess whether the warranty applies.
- Timeframes: repair (30 days), money back (15 days), exchange (10 days).

4. PAYMENT REVERSAL

You may request a payment reversal in cases of fraud, unsolicited transactions, defective or undelivered products.

5. POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES

International shipping via FedEx (consolidator). Estimated delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

International payments: PayPal.

Shipping costs included. Local taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

We offer international exchanges at no extra cost if the product is unused and has tags attached.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on personalized products.
