Do I need to subscribe to buy?

You don't need to register to buy.

Once I've placed the order, can I modify it?

As long as the shipment hasn't been sent, you can modify it by contacting us via WhatsApp. If the shipment has already been sent, we must wait for you to receive it before making the change.

What should I do if there is no garment in my size?

You can click on order, or contact us on our WhatsApp number +57 3152452761 and we will notify you when it is available for you.

Can I make a purchase if I am outside of Colombia?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx; the shipping cost is calculated when the package is weighed.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photograph?

Yes, for Mauricio Toro transparency with our clients is very important, and we also try to ensure that the colors in our photos are as close as possible to the real colors.

How much do you have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free within Colombia. Shipping costs vary for international orders.

May I make a substitution?

You can make an exchange as long as the garment is in perfect condition, new, packaged and with tags.

If I like a garment, but not the color or size, can you make it in the color I want or in my size?

If the fabric and color you want are available, yes. Regarding sizes, we normally carry XS, S, M, and L. If you are a different size than those listed, we can make the garment in the standard measurements of your desired size. Under no circumstances will modifications be made to the established measurements, as this is not a custom-made garment.
